Delinquent disease that affects the outer and inner conscious and unconscious motivations crime is committed. And hence in need of correction and treatment some deviations and crimes are being committed by people with mental disorders. These people are a bunch of people with major depression. Criminologists found to provide a thorough study of crime and deviance at the same time or inclination to investigate organized crime and crime situation before payment. Field research method was causal-comparative method to predict the impact of depressive illness major relationship with attitude toward drug. To this end, 40 people were tested in Behbahan city. Subjects were 20 patients with major depression and 20 normal matched, 10 male and 10 female. To check out questionnaires to examine attitudes towards drugs, the two groups were used. Data obtained through descriptive statistics, frequency and percentage and inferential statistics (chi-square test) were analyzed. The results showed: in terms of attitudes towards drugs among individuals with major depression, the general attitude, emotions, beliefs and readiness to act against drug abuse, there is a significant difference compared to normal individuals. This means that depressed people are more vulnerable.

Nowadays, the use of neuro-enhancements materials by athletes for various reasons is increasing. The present study aimed to investigate the implicit and explicit attitude of female Iranian athletes towards doping and supplementary drugs. For this purpose, 200 voluntary female student-athletes participated in this research. Doping-based image testing tools (BIAT) were used to find out students' attitudes. The results show a negative attitude towards doping substances (-11. 99± 52) and a positive attitude towards sports supplements (1. 56± 29) in both attitudes (implicit and explicit). Also, independent t-test results showed that there was a significant difference between students' implicit and explicit attitudes toward doping, but there was no significant difference in attitudes toward legal dietary supplements. It seems that with training programs based on doping control and prevention with the method of indirect evaluation of athletes' attitudes the prevention of doping negative consequences could be more effective.

The present research investigates the relationship between family factors and the students' attitude towards drugs. 863 (male and female) secondary school students were selected through randomized cluster sampling. They responded to the "Attitude towards Drugs Questionnaire" and "Family Factors Scale". The obtained data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U tests and Spearman's correlation coefficient. The results revealed that adolescents with addicted parents had more tendency towards drug abuse compared to the others. Feeling insecure at home, the students were more inclined to drug abuse. The students who had more educated parents had less inclination to drugs. Moreover, the higher the education of the father, the more students' negative feelings and attitudes towards the drugs.On the other hand, there was no significant relationship between mother's education and students' attitude towards drug abuse. In addition, the increase of family income lead to the students' displaying more negative feelings towards drug abuse. However, no significant relationship was found between family income and students' inclination to drug abuse, or their unreal perceptions and feelings concerning the dangers of drug abuse.

Since Critical Rationalism is considered by some more of an attitude or mindset and by others a methodological approach to philosophical thinking and practical problem-solving, its application, or more accurately, its epistemological testing grounds, should be expected to be much more wide-ranging than they have been so far. With the exception of some published anthologies on Critical Rationalism and occasional nods to the legacy of Karl Popper’s falsificationist methodology, relatively few applicaions of a critical rational approach to contemporary theoretical debates in the social sciences have been published. I wish here to critically challenge the (optimistic) Hegelian and by extension the neoliberal view of the progress of American capitalism by reframing it with the Marxian notion of expropriation as applied to enslavement on plantations. The logic of enslavement as a process by which brutal exploitation has been practiced for centuries offers a falsifying test case of the rationality of capitalism and its promise of individual freedom of choice. This essay is an explicit exercise in the potential power of a version of Popperian critical rationalism being applied to the intersection of modern liberalism and capitalism, exploring the imbrication of a critical and rational analysis.
